The location of the hotel was fab - within walking distance of York Minster. It was really great time in York.

Came with my partner, everything was very clean. I had brand-new and huge room with GOOD shower. Plenty of food for breakfast, which was good to satisfy everyone.

Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Doh that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Rooms were good sized. It was a 4-star hotel in every way.

A double bed was a bonus. You'll need about 15 minutes to reach york castle museum on foot. 600 metres away there is The Grange, where you can dine
